Aideen cross is well known and respected in the bridal business, with over 30 years of experience since graduating from the Grafton Academy of Dress Designing. She was awarded the bridal designer of the year in the 1996 Irish bridal designer awards.
Aideen's passion for designing and creating bridal & occasion wear led her to start her design studio in her home town of Rathangan, County Kildare.
Aideen is renowned for her attention to detail, her honest & expert advice and, most of all, her patience & friendly approach to her clients.
Aideen offers each client a one-to-one free consultation on their first visit to her studio, where they can view her bridal collection and discuss styles before sketching out designs and checking out fabric swatches. Listening and chatting to each bride about their style ideas is where Aideen excels at her work.
Aideen will advise on fabrics that will work best for the chosen style while you check out her extensive fabric collection of Irish and international suppliers. She'll also discuss prices and will do her best to tailor fabrics & designs to fit your budget, ensuring you get your dream dress at an affordable price.
Aideen works personally with each bride on every aspect of the journey to getting that specially designed dress of your dreams. She prides herself in giving each bride a warm welcome and the truly wonderful experience of getting her dream wedding dress made.
Aideen also designs and creates designer wear for all special occasions, Specialising in mother-of-bride/groom wear. Getting that super special outfit for a family wedding is difficult. Aideen can take the stress out by designing a unique bespoke outfit that will turn heads on the big day.
Bridesmaids, flower girls, debs, and communion can all be made to order by Aideen. Aideen also designs and creates headpieces and veils to complement each bride's dress.
